We are looking for an experienced End User Services (EUS) Service Manager.

This position will manage Client services for the global End User Services delivery team for the Siemens Energy organization including Managed / Virtual Windows Client, Mobile Device Management, Client Hardware Strategy, Intune, and related services.


How You’ll Make an Impact


Strategy & Planning

  • Work closely with IT and the Business to define EUS Strategy and Processes.
  • Collaborate with IT Leadership, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers.
  • Understand, monitor, and report service performance.
  • Align with Cybersecurity to ensure all Platform and Management technologies are secure and respond quickly to vulnerabilities.


Operational Management

  • Service responsibility for the Global EUS Team (Client Architecture, Software, EndPoint Protection, etc)
  • Assume responsibility for the Tools / Modules required to manage EUS Processes & Technologies
  • Oversee vendors with responsibility to deliver EUS Services.
  • Coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
  • Resolve higher scope issues.
  • Communications and Reporting to IT and Business Leadership
  • Coordinate the management of complex issues that may arise
  • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain best-practice and updates to the Service.
  • Closely align with Program / Project Leads on service topics that align with EUS


What You Bring


Formal Education & Certification

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration related field.
  • ITIL Certification preferred but not required.
  • Microsoft Fundamental and/or Role-Based Certifications (a plus)


Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven track record with Microsoft Windows Environment.
  • Skills deploying solutions using MECM, Windows 10/11, and Azure Intune
  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure Cloud, RMS, and OMS
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Experience with Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction measurement
  • Knowledge of ITIL standards and best practice.
  • Experience with Agile Service Management (release and deployment strategy).
  • Proven project planning and project management experience.
