A Snapshot of Your Day

 

As a key member of our team, your daily activities will include maintaining the power plant's operational reliability, which requires knowledge of power plants, including thermal power plants and energy facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass proposing and planning preventive activities, detecting problems and suggesting solutions, as well as organizing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. You will also be responsible for onboarding and coordinating subcontractor work, participating in thermal power plant overhaul activities, and providing detailed and regular reports on completed work through work orders. Regular and active communication with the customer and coordinating activities at the facilities in accordance with the customer's schedules will be a crucial part of your day.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

 
  • You approach the analysis and resolution of technical problems responsibly and promptly.
  • You perform all tasks while ensuring that everything is in accordance with Siemens Energy's high EHS standards, taking care of those around you.
  • You are either familiar with or motivated to learn about new equipment being installed in power plants, particularly in thermal power plants.
 

What You Bring  

 
  • You hold a degree in electrical engineering at the engineering level.
  • You have experience working in power plants.
  • You are familiar with excitation systems, protection systems, frequency converters, motors, AC power systems, DC and UPS power systems, and medium and low voltage installations.
  • You communicate simply and practically when solving technical problems.
  • You are proficient in both Croatian and English.
  • You possess a driver's license and are an active driver.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
