About the Role
- Manages the Governance & Guideline competences of the Siemens Energy consolidation systems e.g. based on SAP SEM BCS (ESPRIT), ADSTAR, SAP AfO-Reporting, SAP Disclosure Management.
- Coordinates releases and changes (e.g., charts of accounts, validations, processing steps) including testing
- Aligns changes and demands with business departments and IT service providers (external and internal working onshore, nearshore, and offshore)
- Supports the strategic development of the application architecture and processes via strong participation in respective projects (EU Taxonomy, future consolidation system landscape and further)
- Communicates and aligns changes via boards, user committees and groups
- Develops - in coordination with the head of the department – concepts and solutions for the old and the future system landscape aligned with the relevant stakeholders
- Performs and creates audit conform documentation of tests and changes
- Responsible for Audit compliant demand and change management.
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Science, or equivalent degree (Master is a plus)
- Knowledge and professional experience in the field Siemens Energy - Consolidation System (SAP SEM BCS, SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP AfO) or equivalent systems (LucaNet, OneStream, Tagetik, SAP ERP)
- A willingness and ability to use your own knowledge to rapidly learn new technologies and process methodologies
- Experienced in demand management, requirements management, and IT service
- Knowledge about legal consolidation, IAS/IFRS, German GAAP (HGB), and reporting guidelines is a plus
- Strong team, communication, and persuasion skills
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Fluent English skills.
