A Snapshot of Your Day
Lead all aspects of EHS projects at Siemens Energy, ensuring flawless management and interaction with a dedicated team.

How You’ll Make an Impact
•Take the overall management and supervision for EHS tasks of power generation projects.
•Provide EHS review supports at bid & proposal phases on compliance to customers' EHS requirements.
•Develop and implement EHS Plans before projects kick-off meetings in line with Siemens requirements.
•Conduct EHS orientation trainings for site engineers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with customer site requirements.
•Identify, evaluate, and mitigate EHS risks, ensuring projects adhere to safety standards.
•Carry out EHS inspection tours, addressing any issues or findings and implementing preventative measures.
•Support Project Managers in maintaining communication with customers on EHS topics and follow up on actions.
•Coordinate company Zero Harm activities with colleagues, such as Zero Harm Week, Zero Harm Awareness Trainings, EHS monthly reports, Lessons Learned, Safety Walks and inspections etc.
•Other EHS tasks assigned by line management, such as safety stand-down, emergency response, incidents handling, EHS reporting system usage, EHS trainings and audits for specific topics.

What You Bring
•3-8 years of industry experience with a proven track record in EHS management.
•In-depth knowledge of EHS aspects identification, risk evaluation, and related laws and regulations.
•Proficiency in ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 standards and practices.
•Strong skills in EHS internal audits and training delivery.
•Experience working in multi-cultural teams and different customer cultures.
•Project management experience with a strict adherence to safety and compliance.
•Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and verbal, with a willingness for extensive travel (~40%).
•Be proactive for problem-solving in practices and good team player.
