Your Daily Responsibilities

You will be involved in data mapping, assisting with implementing a new data warehouse, making data analysis, and translating business needs into technical specifications for IT. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with data providers to maintain database accuracy and integrate data from various sources to offer a comprehensive view of business performance. Your tasks will include:

• Conducting detailed data analysis to uncover insights and trends
• Supporting the development and implementation of data-driven solutions
• Assisting in the design and maintenance of data systems and databases
• Ensuring data quality and integrity by performing regular audits and validations
• Creating detailed and comprehensive reports for the business
• Collaborating with multi-functional teams to gather and define data requirements

Improving our reporting and data analysis capabilities. This position offers you the opportunity to contribute your expertise and innovative ideas, rather than simply performing routine tasks. You will play an important role in:

• Enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of our data reporting processes
• Providing actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategies
• Streamlining data workflows to enhance productivity and performance
• Facilitating better data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Bringing to bear your technical skills to solve complex data challenges

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, SAS, Power BI, and Power Apps
• Knowledge of deep learning/machine learning, unstructured/structured data, and data warehousing fundamentals
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and a passion for numbers and data
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, or Mathematics, or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Data Science, or Machine Learning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues from diverse professional backgrounds
• High integrity, team spirit, and a proactive approach to collaboration
