Snapshot of Your Day

You will be a key interface with Siemens Energy customers and promote our data analytics offerings. Our “Data as a Service” vision includes data analytics, development, turbine fleet data maintenance and provides the right candidate with a great opportunity to take our business data to market and enable our client base to adopt our data services. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting customer support data to deliver insights for improving data capture, operational efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.

The position covers engagement across various levels of the organization with the focus on turbine fleet data, fostering data culture.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Support the business in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting relevant data.
  • Support the Data Team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Create and manage communications via internal systems for internal & external partners.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to collect and interpret technical information.
  • Support the creation, development, and maintenance of Data Supply Chains
  • Develop technical procedural documentation
  • Coach and support other team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise
  • Examine current trends & gather information about their potential impact
  • Support the global data and business process owners and wider business for query resolution, special projects, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement (CI) to include the standardization of processes and introductions of methodologies.
  • Lead / sponsor continuous improvement projects on data quality.
  • Build strong connections by being in the office 3 days a week

What You Bring

  • Passionate about operational data and analytics and driving data quality and value across all areas of the business
  • Efficient at communication at different levels of organization and articulating data concepts to business users in clear engaging terms
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, able to understand complex problems and root causes, using quantitative and qualitative data to develop insights, guide decisions, and formulate solutions.
  • Ability to define business problems in statistical/data terms
  • Demonstrable experience in data analysis, in a customer support or service environment.
  • Knowledge of database management, data analysis tools and experience using Excel / BI / Tableau.
  • Customer-centric demeanor and a passion for driving continuous improvement in customer support operations through data-driven decision-making
  • Technical and business knowledge to solve problems, complete data analysis and data cleansing processes.
  • Degree in Cybernetics, Information Technology or equivalent
