Your Profile

  • University Degree in Engineering Electrical, Mechanical, industrial, mechatronics.
  • Technical Knowledge - Electrical Equipment. EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, SAP, SGML Builder desired.
  • English, at professional working proficiency level.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Collaboration

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer engineering team in order to configure the technical solution that meets the customer needs and at the same time grant the best competitive benefit to the company.
  • Lead the team to Build of drawings and material lists,
  • Define product configuration in accordance with customer requirements
  • Lead the team to craft Breaker electrical controls
  • Assure all documents generated during his developments align with Internal procedures.
  • Coordinate configuration in SAP per each sales order, to generate BoMs and start with demand of materials.
  • Provide technical support to OE for drawing approvals, Request of new developments and / or product adaptations to Engineering.
  • Responsible for the generation and maintenance of "Kmats", dimensional drawings, electric control versions, service manuals and applicable IT tools maintenance, for example: SAP, CAMOS, EPLAN, SGML Builder, CAD Electrical.
  • Responsibility to comply and / or implement the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).

Customer Engineering Function is responsible of our product portfolio configuration to meet customer needs and expectations, Innovation and technical support are our main contribution to our business unit success, or main Responsibilities are: Maintain competitive costs of our products, maintain reliable and competitive configuration of products improve project pipeline Value and provide reliable information on MCP figures.

Department information

In the department Customer Engineering department, we are responsible for:

  • Ensure that the Design information is clear, accurate, adequate and aligns with the customer original technical requirements
  • Ensure that drawings and lists of materials loaded to Pro-e and Agile comply with the rules of the company.
  • Apply sophisticated knowledge of engineering principles and practices in the design, development, analysis and release of products and subsystems through the product life cycle.
  • Design Electrical control for Circuit Breakers
  • Prepare electrical, dimensional and accessories drawings for approval with customer.
  • Make configuration in SAP per each sales order and every position, to generate BoM and start with demand of materials
  • . Generate KMAT per each type and model of CB in SAP
  • Provide support to offer team to optimize breaker selection for quotations
