Working in a global and diverse team with an open approach that will support you and your development. Working in collaboration with colleagues in various HR functions, & BPO providers, you will be the catalyst in driving the transformation which aims to improve compliance, and accuracy, reduce risks and enhance controls through the standardization of tools and processes globally, provide innovative employee user experience, and create a foundation for successfully outsourcing identified HR activities. This is a high-profile, critical project requiring HR process and system expertise. We are moving away from a legacy blueprint, involving many manual processes, and your work will play a key role in driving the future HR operating model.


How You will Make an Impact

Work closely with the project team involving all relevant partners, acting as a bridge between Center of Competences, IT system, Product Owners, corporate and country team representatives, to standardize and harmonize the end-to-end learning and employee development process landscape.
Drive identification of requirements for Process standardization, Monitoring, and governance of the Siemens Energy learning & development universe.
Focus areas will include learning including education, global learning and employee development.
Ensure “As-Is” process understanding as well as mapping to document the current state of the processes through the utilization of process tools and methodologies.
Identify and collate difficulties and improvement potentials related to process steps and/or system functionalities.
Drive the design of the revised “To-Be” standard process according to the defined global standardization framework using simplification and automation to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide input for the definition of process critical metrics, implementing controls, and maintaining compliance.
Support in developing an implementation plan for the revised process across the countries and ensure its achievement as well as monitor and measure the effectiveness of designed processes.
Control and ensure internal and external documentation of processes by relating with Colleges and BPO providers, ensuring documentation quality and building inhouse knowledge.
Support the function-level change management using a strong understanding of the business (e.g., readiness, timing, impact on partners, data, tools, systems, policies, etc.).
Be responsible for the continuous improvement of the process by Incorporating process methodologies and implementing function-level process improvements, including optimizing, maintaining, and transforming current processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.


What You Bring

We are looking for HR transformation Consultants who can shine in new process design, focused on standardization and improving efficiency and effectiveness, with strong process methodology expertise and a mix of Subject Matter Expertise on the business, systems, and processes.
Strong project management, consultancy and cross-team collaboration skills are required with an ability to effectively influence decisions, direction, and outcomes.
Understanding of the concept of Employee Experience and how that can be implemented as well as its impact on self-service HR processes.
proven experience working in business process transformation, consultancy or software development in corporate learning tools and process digitalization, ideally as BP improving HR processes or working as a Learning specialist while improving the process performance, adapting new technologies in a global environment.
The candidate must have completed a university degree in a business-related subject area (e. g., Business Administration, HR, etc.), preferable with a focus on HR, IT, or process optimization. Also, psychology along with experience on IT or business psychology.
Existing understanding of the strategic development process and experience implementing best practices across operations in a global environment.

Be willing to get up-to-date knowledge in the most innovative and relevant corporative learning and employee development tools to understand process potentials.
Demonstrated experience in process mapping and improvement while building requirements and use stories to digitalize processes and increase performance.
Demonstrated ability to articulate complex subject matter effectively.
Can resolve issues in a variety of situations by using analytical skills.
Can build relationships, lead projects and interactions with diplomacy, and use verbal and written communication skills to act as a liaison between the HR function and the business.
Good organizational and follow-through skills.

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – Standardization and Harmonization. This is a lean, but truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open attitude. You will get all the trust and empowerment to be successful. Handling various HR topics spread across geographies will be intense, and global and require certain flexibility and commitment.

Within the Human Resources, the Standardization and Harmonization Technology team will be responsible for all global HR processes from Hire to Retire tools, enabling the digital transformation for HR service delivery. So, you and your colleagues will be the engine for transformation and our future HR landscape.
