A snapshot of Your Day


You represent the commercial interests of Project Management on site to the customer, regulatory authorities and consultants.


How You'll Make an Impact


  • Regulate site business administration issues such as commercial terms & conditions, invoicing, payments, financing, customs duties, taxation, processing of site awarded subcontracts, costing and pricing for charging of costs/claims to customer/subcontractors, insurance claims and closeout of accounts.
  • Accomplishment of segregation of duties with the Site Project Manager (SPM).
  • Site risk & opportunity management in close cooperation with the SPM.
  • Site concurrent cost accounting (MIKA) and the associated cost controlling including changes and supplementary orders.
  • Setup and management of the commercial/administrative site organization including camp administration, transportation concept, hiring and management of local personnel and external hires, local site purchase.
  • Commercial processing of site awarded subcontracts, costing and pricing for charging of costs to customer/subcontractors.
  • Management of the site cash account
  • Management of site logistics and material handling.
  • In case of NCM: executing the task of the onshore CPM in close cooperation with the RU.


What You Bring


  • More than 5 years professional experience, preferably in project management and in international plant business
  • 3-5 years' experience in financial execution of large-scale, international projects
  • Have been in charge of and have successfully motivated employees in project business.
  • 3-5 years living and working experience in an intercultural environment.
  • Resilience, team skills and assertiveness are relevant for this function.
  • Willingness to travel and spend the majority of the time on construction sites.
  • Excellent skills (both verbally and in writing) in the English language
