The Commercial Project Manager Team Lead will be responsible for leading the project and business operations in a sustainable manner aligned with the global objectives, consistent use of steering actions to maximize performance, especially profitability. Driving the implementation of global initiatives in the region/country. Reporting to Regional Head of Commercial Project Management.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·        You will lead Commercial Project Managers and Operations team in the country.

·        You will be an integral partner to the regional team to build and run critical business initiatives.

·        Be the face of the company to client and stake holders in the country.

·        Leading and support sales and project execution in the country from commercial side, this is including analysis on project resources planning against revenue planning, total project improvement & implementation of growth initiatives.

·        Actively participate in the business forecast process, ensuring key actions are being identified and executed to maximize opportunities and minimize risks.

·        Review and ensure financial controls in place and manage governance.

·        Assemble financial analysis and actively contribute to building monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews with regional leadership.

·        Work on special projects, including initiatives to drive ongoing optimization of data and processes.

·        Empower the team in general topic such as better collaboration, inclusion & diversity and process simplification.

What You Bring

·        Sound Degree in Finance/ Economic/ Business/ Accounting field

·        Commercial project management-certification is preferrable.

·        Proven record of experience with Commercial Project Management, controlling & reporting at least 5 years

·        Good ability to present and formulate clearly own ideas and proposals for improvements.

·        Strong personal drive to lead and accelerate the business growth together with smart perception of business needs of the company.

·        Good knowledge in MS Office.

·        Good knowledge in SAP (Project/CO) will be highly preferred.

·        Strong analytical ability.

·        Good communication skills,

·        Have a growth mindset.

·        A team player to achieve goal.
