Your profile
  • The successful completion of a degree in business administration or a successfully completed commercial training and several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in finance will be the base for your success 
  • Desirably you bring along your international project experience and sales experience
  • Moreover, you have very good knowledge in the field of processing and controlling and are proficient in MS Office applications and an ERP system (SAP)
  • You have profound knowledge in the area of contract law
  • In order to find your way in an international environment, you have a good command of German and a business-fluent command of English
  • You have a hands-on mentality and at the same time convince with very good communication and teamwork skills. You have solid analytical skills and act in a solution-oriented manner 
Your responsibilities
  • Business order / project management (e.g. cost controlling, profitability monitoring, execution of co-calculations and post-calculations, compliance with tax concepts) in close coordination with the technical project managers and central departments 
  • Carrying out commercial order processing (e.g. recording incoming orders, monitoring and tracking orders on hand, allocating order costs, carrying out or arranging clarifications, issuing invoices, account receivables management, arranging necessary bookings)
  • Assigning accounts payable in accordance with the order and reconciling them with the purchase order, if necessary recognizing them within the framework of specifications and value limits
  • Periodic recording and evaluation of order data (e.g. incoming orders, sales, receivables, costs, UL inventories, etc.), as well as performing quarterly or annual closing work in compliance with internal and legal requirements
  • Preparation of price lists for service customers
  • You perform contract management activities
