As a Commercial Bid Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for translating the requirements of our internal clients into compelling bid strategies while ensuring the validation of ideas within the bid team. You will drive the implementation of project strategies, including the development of innovative business models tailored to meet project goals. Additionally, you will shape sustainable business models for new markets, addressing client challenges with a strong focus on innovation, value creation, and proactive risk management in alignment with client specifications.
- Translate internal customer requirements into compelling bid strategies, validate ideas, and manage sales calculations in alignment with Bid Management, Sales, and collaborators.
- Drive digitalization and transformation to streamline and optimize the bid management landscape.
- Manage project sales calculations, risk, processes, and strategies, including business models, FX, tax, and contractual setups.
- Develop balanced business models addressing customer challenges, ensuring innovation, value creation, and proactive risk management.
- Explore financing concepts and support sales alignment during key decision meetings.
- Act as the Commercial Counterpart to the General Bid Manager, manage financial matters, and ensure global governance of proposal tools and processes with a problem-solving approach.
- Degree in business administration or equivalent professional training with extensive experience.
- Several years of practical experience in Bid Management or Project Management.
- Proficiency in English and German, with outstanding communication skills in both languages.
- Flexible approach and ability to adapt to dynamic working environments.
