Your Profile :

  • More than 3 year professional working experience in international business controlling or project controlling area
  • Advanced knowledge in international contract law, tax, foreign trading, engineering etc.
  • Apply business negotiation skill to win businesses in a short, middle, and long term
  • Communicate with others by means of face to face communication and virtual communication; Communication skills involve many aspects such as logical thinking, language, active listening, valuing feedback and emotional control
  • Finance & Accounting management knowledge
  • SAP Experience in Sales model /Finance Model
  • Fresh graduate could be accepted for candidates with comprehensive capabilities for potential development

Your Responsibilities :

  1. Commercial offer & bidding management:  authorization management, offer & bidding commercial terms and conditions, costs and risks management and controls, pricing controls etc. 1) Support bidding activities such as Prepare bidding commercial documents, list commercial deviation, pay award fee etc. 2) Offer price checking (project cost completeness, gross profit monitoring etc.
  2. Contract negotiation and control: review and drive for improvement for commercial contract terms and conditions, risks control and mitigation, and contract negotiation on site with customers etc. 1) 
    The review and approval of sales contracts, frame contract, strategic cooperate agreement, handle all commercial contract concerns raised by sales/offer PM Etc. 2) Ensure the sales price, credit terms and customer quality in the sales contract is aligned with company authorization. 3) Get lawyer's consult for special terms in contract. get Tax officer consult for export business and onshore service etc. 4) Ensure the customer master, price agreement and project information can be filled in ERP system correctly. 5) Review price/contract terms/credit terms/customer quality for different level authorization before signing. 6) Cooperate with other functions such as supply chain/treasury /Insurance in case of special terms to make sure the operability of the contract
  3. Ensure implementation of internal guidelines e.g. LoA, FRG, and signature mandates
  4. Drive for optimization and simplification of internal process and controls where necessary.
  5. Maintain relevant systems and drive for digitalization: book new orders in SAP, maintain Mis etc.
