Your Profile

  • Engineering related discipline with Business Administration is a plus
  • With 10years or more power plant related working experience, with focus in DCS is a plus
  • With 5years or more working experience in sales or business development related functions
  • Strong leadership skill set to lead both direct subordinate (sales and bid) and supporting function from Germany, etc. toward common goal
  • Must have a mindset to deliver as ONE-TEAM and willingness to support other teams
  • Ability to motivate the team members and build a team that care for each other’s
  • Able to travel up to 30% and work in flexible hours as needed

Your Responsibility

  • Accountable for CD sales target, business development pipeline, and customer relationship management for Pacific sub-region
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals and bid / proposal professionals located in multiple countries, and indirectly lead other supporting resources, to achieve and be accountable for the given annual sales target
  • Build and capture sales pipeline in control system businesses, cybersecurity solutions, digitalization portfolios for existing power plants, new built power plants, and decarbonisation business areas.
  • Build stable and suitable business pipeline for coming years. Identify development plan for future grow areas and establish action plan with respective stakeholders
  • Drive business development and early engagement with customers at various level to understand their operations plan, challenges faced, then identify business opportunities for SE
  • Drive development of excellent customers relationships, especially with key customers, in each country. Document customer interactions and develop capture plan
  • Analyse the overall regional market situations against our solutions and resources in the team to capture untapped market
  • Ensure proper talent management to grow talent in the team; ensure successful talent retention and succession plan
  • Work closely with other business functions (within and outside CD) to ensure lesson learns are considered in future opportunities, identify potential growth or cooperation areas
  • Work closely with finance team in sales calculation, reporting, business forecast, etc.
  • Identify and do those require marketing roadshows, virtual or physical seminar, etc. to increase market awareness
