How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate with a variety of partners within Business Operations in the delivery of internal and external customer requirements.
  • Challenging convention, questioning the ‘norm’ and encouraging the business to innovate.
  • Build your Continuous Improvement skills and confidence through training and owning/ implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Become an active member within our Operations team, participating in wider business projects. The scope of these projects will provide you with valuable team working experiences and opportunities to enhance presentation skills.


What You Bring

  • Be on track to achieve A-Levels which demonstrate a strong performance in STEM subjects and have a passion for order and organisation with exceptional communication skills.
  • Enjoy jumping in and, with support from us, feel confident taking ownership for live tasks and projects you’ve been assigned either individually or as part of a physical or virtual team.
  • Are flexible, know how to connect and communicate and pride yourself on being positive.
  • Are comfortable with change and able to react to unexpected challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to embrace continuous improvement with the ability to generate creative solutions to problems.


About the Team

The Business Operations team cover different functions, Engineering, Field Operations, and the Newcastle and Aberdeen Service Centres. The internship will be a placement supporting all functions, gaining knowledge designed to develop your capabilities whilst exposing you to different aspects of the business.
