As IT Value Center and IT Business Partner for HR and EHS IT services, we are responsible for defining, implementing and managing the IT landscape for the corporate functions “Human Resources” and “EHS, Quality Governance and Security” over the full lifecycle of the applications and IT services, on a global scale.

We are looking for a strong, experienced professional eager to join us in the role of IT service owner for SAP Concur.


How You’ll Make an Impact

Service Owner for IT services related to SAP Concur:

  • Organize and monitor service delivery from our providers: SaaS provider (SAP Concur), Application Management Service provider, etc.
  • Monitor service levels, manage escalations
  • Orchestrate the service management processes, for example change management, incident management, release management, stakeholder management
  • Manage new demands and apply requirement engineering, consult the functional department on how to make use of the full potential of IT solutions for their business
  • Procurement & contracting of IT assets and 3rd party services, organize RfI and RfP
  • Budgeting & financial controlling, claim management


Contribute to a workstream as part of the global roll-out project for SAP Concur: 

  • Project time-/milestone planning, Stakeholder management, Pro-active, regular reporting on project status


What You Bring 

  • Very good knowledge of functional processes in the area of Travel Expense Management
  • Profound knowledge of SAP Concur (Travel Expenses and Travel Booking) or comparable applications
  • Multi-year experience in operating and managing mid- to large IT-services for business applications, ideally in global settings, and for cloud applications
  • Multi-year experience with IT projects
  • Ideally good knowledge of IT compliance & IT assurance (ITGC)
  • University degree or comparable qualification
  • Highly customer focused attitude to work with great emphasis on positive outcomes - "Delighting the customer"
  • Intercultural & global exposure, communicate fluently in English (CIBA 4)
  • Experience communicating at all levels of management and managing conflict and change
  • Experience in Agile Methodology
