A snapshot of your day: Support with different activities such as travel expenditure claims, timesheet management, monthly forecasts and business controlling. 

How you'll make an impact:
  • Partner for the Erection and Commissioning Delegation HUB Lead in Romania for the financial processes and tasks
  • Interaction/communication with various stakeholders (field staff, Romanian HR, Global Mobility Services (GMM), Regional Units in countries of installation, EC Resource Managers in headquarter, EC Hub Lead Romania and the commercial counterpart, Central Functions (e.g., Legal, Tax, Security, Environmental, Health and Safety, etc.) Site Managements, Commercial Project Managers, create and analyze reports for Plan/actual deviations and aggregate all needed data from the relevant tools (SAP etc.);
  • Being responsible to create monthly forecasts and take over other responsibilities within business controlling;
  • Administration:
  • Support in managing travel expense claims
  • Support of Timesheets management
What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field;
  • Level of experience: 2-5 years in this field (ideally in delegation area)
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, data bases and financial software applications;
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills;
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
  • At least first experience with digital tools like Alteryx, SAC, Qlick;
  • Deep understanding of the financial system and institutions;
  • Excellent English skills, in best case also German.
