This role will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all Finance & Commercial matters for Field Service. These include independently leading the FS delegation business execution, cost centers and supporting forecasting, budgeting, controlling, and reporting according to defined processes, standards, and applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG). This role will closely work with RSU ME OPS FIN Team and provide support to RSU ME OPS Technical Team as well.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Independently lead all aspects of and implement Field Service delegation projects, including resource delegation and compliance for temporary personnel.
• Build and manage projects, sales orders, and customer bookings, ensuring accurate time sheet entries and cost reconciliations.
• Facilitate procurement processes, including purchase order creation, goods receipts, and vendor invoice reconciliation.
• Carry out monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing tasks, such as JVs, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Follow up on open receivables and project closures, ensuring compliance with PATAC requirements.
• Support financial management by conducting monthly forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and internal/external audits to achieve critical metrics.

What You Bring

• Proven 4-5 years of experience in Accounts/Finance, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; MBA or professional certification preferred.
• Experience in managing small projects, cost centers, and business processes/tools.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with SAP/KSP modules preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural teams with a team-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
