How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the HR Team in translating business requirements into human capital initiatives
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement new projects
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements related to the daily management of employees
• Collaborate on the implementation of global HR policies, strategies, and instruments at the local level
• Explore and support the internal communication framework
• Support the implementation of actions on performance management and people development
• Assist in the implementation of the local People Strategy / Functional HR Strategy and other strategic HR initiatives
• Support employees on general HR topics and processes based on local regulations

What You Bring

• Currently finishing studies or recently graduated from an accredited college or university
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good English language skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different areas
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices
• Proactivity and willingness to learn
