A Snapshot of Your Day

In this vital role, we need someone who can manage logistics operations on-site, ensure safety compliance, and lead all aspects of the movement of tools and inventory. You will play a key role in encouraging collaboration among various departments and ensuring smooth logistics activities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Safety Compliance: Follow site-specific Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations, state laws, and company policies. Proactively identify EHS risks and report any incidents or unsafe conditions to the designated EHS officer and plant supervisor. Always use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on-site.
• Lead all aspects of the transportation, delivery, and dispatching of tools. Lead third-party logistics support and take ownership of inventory management during service measures. Establish efficient processing systems and supervise logistics assistants from third-party vendors or customers.
• Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate cooperation between the Tool Center and Site Management. Manage all site deliveries and shipments, serving as the primary contact for tooling and consumable inquiries. Participate in customer meetings to address storage, tool, and spare parts issues.
• Inventory Management: Designate appropriate storage areas and implement effective management for tools and consumables. Assist with purchasing requests from Project/Site Management, ensuring compliance with company policies. Verify that site infrastructure aligns with the Lay Down Area Plan.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain an organized archive for the Tool Center and prepare reports for management as needed. Ensure timely completion of logistics-related tasks, such as setting up tents and scaffolding, and inspect deliveries to ensure readiness for field service personnel.

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a Vocational School Graduate or University degree. Proficiency in English and Turkish is required, and you should have completed military service. We value strong knowledge of MS Office applications, high self-motivation, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, especially with international partners, is essential.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
