A Snapshot of Your Day
Join Siemens Energy and lead Project Management processes during the bid phase to ensure compliance with customer and ISO standard requirements.
We are seeking an experienced Process Owner (f/m/d) to join our PE PM PMO Team at Siemens Energy. As a PM Process Owner for Bid Projects (f/m/d), you will play a critical role in defining, documenting, standardizing, harmonizing, communicating, optimizing, and verifying project management (PM) processes within Siemens Energy, considering PE@SE and ISO 21500 group Standards. You will collaborate with internal collaborators such as Process Managers, Bid Project Managers, Early Involved Project Managers, regional PM organizations, project teams, and governing departments, as well as external partners such as process management organizations of external companies, and process management companies, to drive process excellence and continuous improvement.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Identify alliances in Project Management processes with the Business Areas (BAs) and align specific Project Management processes within the Siemens Energy Organization
- Identify and bridge the gaps between Siemens Energy processes and customer-specific requirements in accordance with ISO standards like ISO 21500
- Collaborate with neighboring processes of other interconnected org units (such as Procurement, Finance, Logistic, Engineering, Quality and EHS, Documentation and Scheduling) to ensure effective interface management
- Update and maintain process-related documentation, templates, manuals, and descriptions
- Plan, coordinate, and implement process-related communication and training activities for employees
- Support projects during Bid, negotiations, and execution in process-related matters
- Continuously develop and update existing processes and descriptions based on Lessons Learned, updates of standards and instructions, findings from Audits, revisions, and improvement suggestions
- Supply to the concepts and further development of Project Management tools and maintain interactive additional platforms, such as WIKI, Share Point, and SEPH
What You Bring
- Study degree preferable in engineering or similar education
- Professional experience in solution business within the energy industry
- Strong Project Management, Process Management, Quality Management and Contract Management skills, with a focus on full project life cycle (sales and execution)
- Knowledge in understanding and implementation of ISO 21500 standards
- Several years experiences in leadership, people management and intercultural collaboration to effectively navigate in teams and deliver long-term results
- Partner and customer relationship management skills to optimize relationships and build strong partnerships
- Business fluent English and German skills
