A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Working Student – EQS Performance Coordination Partner, you will work closely with the Performance Lead in the global GT EQS (Environment, Quality & Safety) organization. This hybrid role combines high-level executive support with operational coordination and communication across the global EQS community. You will be a key enabler for the performance team—helping ensure strategic alignment, effective communication, and smooth coordination of initiatives that drive excellence in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental performance.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Provide professional support to the EQS Performance Lead, including calendar management, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and follow-up coordination
  • Facilitate coordination between global, regional, and local teams to ensure seamless implementation of performance programs
  • Act as a communication bridge to the broader EQS community—crafting updates, presentations, and engagement materials
  • Help prepare and structure performance reviews, operational dashboards, and progress reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
  • Organize internal workshops, team events, and community calls to support alignment and knowledge sharing
  • Manage documentation, ensure version control of strategic content, and maintain process overviews via SharePoint or similar tools

What You Bring
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Sustainability, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint or Power BI is a plus
  • Passion for coordination, communication, and continuous improvement in a global corporate environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and professional demeanor, especially when engaging with senior leadership
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus
