How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the design and implementation of new professional talent and learning development programs and events.
- Create targeted communication and change management measures to accompany our processes.
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives such as employer branding and community management.
- Assist in organizing workshops, community meetings, and presentations to foster collaboration.
- Help maintain information platforms like SharePoint and websites to ensure easy access to resources.
What You Bring
- Ongoing studies in psychology, business administration, social sciences, or a related field, ideally with a focus on human resources management.
- A strong interest in HR work, with some practical experience in the field preferred.
- A passion for working with and for people, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a keen affinity for digital media and collaboration tools.
- Fluent English language skills, with a solution-oriented and self-responsible work ethic.
