As an experienced Technical Project Manager, you will be the key liaison for customers and contractors, tackling civil and construction challenges head-on. Your day will be filled with dynamic interactions, coordinating external contractors, and working together across different fields to ensure project success. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the design and implementation of 150kV substations, ensuring technical and timely project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and contractors, addressing all civil and construction-related issues.
  • Manage and coordinate external contractors to achieve quality and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Prepare and review civil and construction design during tender and project phases.
  • Actively participate in contract negotiations with clients and contractors.
  • Actively ensure engineering and construction works are carried out according to design, schedule, costs and QHSE
  • Assist, contribute and secure specific deliverables as required in the project documentation and Employer’s Requirements regarding Civil and Structural Design, HSE, Quality, and as-built documentation.

What You Bring

  • A B.Sc. or equivalent experience in Infrastructure or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing construction projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and partners.
  • Experience in construction and civil engineering activities is a plus.
