A Snapshot of Your Day

As Software Factory Delivery Lead within the Software Delivery organization, you coordinate development activities across our internal teams to ensure that Software Factory services and platforms are delivered effectively, aligned with internal commitments, and executed with high quality. You will review and keep track of progress across cross-functional initiatives – ranging from backend service foundations to AI/ML platforms and developer tooling.

You work closely with engineering leads, architects, and project managers to ensure clarity on scope, timelines, and dependencies. You collaborate with Customer Success and Finance teams to contribute accurate delivery insights, planning input, and lifecycle transparency. Your work ensures that our internal teams are set up for successful delivery and that our foundational services continue to enable scalable, secure, and compliant digital solutions across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·        Coordinate internal development activities across the Software Delivery department, ensuring timely, high-quality, and aligned execution of Software Factory initiatives.

·        Support planning and prioritization processes by providing delivery insights, identifying interdependencies, and tracking progress across internal teams.

·        Collaborate with Customer Success, Architecture, and Finance teams to align on delivery planning, in line with external stakeholder expectations and budget control.

·        Take an active role in defining and implementing internal product lifecycle management (PLM) processes for Software Factory services and ensure teams apply them consistently.

·        Promote adherence to relevant quality, security, and compliance standards by integrating lifecycle checks and driving internal awareness.

·        Surface delivery risks early, facilitate resolution within the department, and ensure transparency toward leadership and partner teams.

What You Bring

·        A master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

·        Substantial experience in coordinating technical delivery across multiple software teams or initiatives.

·        Solid foundation in software engineering, including hands-on development experience in technologies such as C# .NET or Java.

·        Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and the challenges of delivering hybrid, distributed solutions.

·        Understanding of the energy sector, industrial automation, or SCADA systems is a strong plus.

·        Structured, clear communicator who can align teams and processes across a complex organization.
