Join us as a Technical Documentation Specialist in Portugal, where your organizational prowess and proactive mindset will be pivotal in driving the success of international projects. You’ll be at the core of our New Build project teams, ensuring that all technical documentation is meticulously managed and delivered on time. Engage with project managers, engineers, and various stakeholders, serving as the central hub for information flow. Your day will be filled with coordinating, tracking, and updating documentation, all while supporting our mission to lead the global energy transition.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Prepare, organize, and track technical documentation for international projects.
  • Request and follow up on documentation from internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate and maintain documents using structured systems like SAP-based tools and Fabasoft.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor documentation status, identify missing inputs, and escalate issues as needed.


What You Bring

  • A background in technical, engineering, or administrative fields; junior profiles and career starters are welcome.
  • An interest in working with technical documentation in an international project environment.
  • A proactive mindset, comfortable with following up and keeping things moving.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with diverse teams.
  • A structured, reliable, and well-organized approach to work, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.


About the Team

Our team is dedicated to ensuring the seamless flow of information and documentation across our New Build projects. We thrive on collaboration and clear communication, working closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to support the timely delivery of high-quality documentation. This team is part of our Gas Services division, which offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We focus on zero or low emission power generation, encompassing all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof. Our mission includes providing decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
