As a Technical Associate – Software Engineer, you will be part of the Digital Transformation team, contributing to the development and enhancement of digital solutions that support project execution and business operations. Working alongside experienced software engineers, business analysts, and process experts, you will help design, develop, and maintain applications that improve project management, resource planning, procurement, logistics, engineering progress tracking, quality management, and EHS processes.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience with enterprise application development, digital transformation initiatives, and modern software engineering practices within a global organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and enhance business applications supporting project execution, resource planning, procurement, logistics, engineering, quality management, and EHS processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
  • Support the automation and digitalization of business processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data-driven solutions that support business decision-making.
  • Participate in system integrations with enterprise platforms, databases, APIs, and external services.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing applications to improve reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Work within Agile development teams while adopting software engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with global teams on digital transformation initiatives and innovative technology solutions.

What You Bring

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • 0–1 year of professional experience in software development.
  • Internship, academic project, or personal project experience is highly welcomed.
  • Exposure to enterprise application development or business process automation is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or a similar language.
  • Knowledge of AI agents, intelligent automation, or system automation concepts is considered an advantage.
  • Good understanding of software development fundamentals, including object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Exposure to REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and version control tools.
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies is an advantage.
  • Interest in digital transformation technologies and enterprise software development.
