A Snapshot of Your Day

A typical day of the Systems Data Analyst consists of supporting the TI CP Services organization through the creation and updating of reporting solutions The role requires development using tools such as Snowflake, PowerBI, Altertyx, etc to provide business partners value add analytics. In addition, the Analyst will be responsible for performing data validation and troubleshooting activities against ERP and other source systems to ensure data accuracy in financial and logistics reporting. The Systems Data Analyst will work closely with business contacts on daily basis to grow and support reporting needs.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Supporting existing solutions by troubleshooting issues, verifying data, and enhancing performance.
  • Provide new solutions to meet business requirements and improve analytics
  • Encourage the transfer of knowledge on reporting technologies to empower business partners.
  • Provide daily support of Snowflake users using Teams group and monthly support user forum
  • Support ad hoc requests for financial and logistical analytics working with the North America Advanced Key User team as well as audit requests.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science from accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience
  • Advanced skills in reporting tools Tableau, QLIK, PowerBI, Snowflake
  • Knowledge of database and SQL
  • Competency in ERP systems such as SAP
  • Proficiency in MS Office, strong Excel skills
  • Superb communication skills, command of English language
