How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Responsible for the service and maintenance of Siemens Gamesa wind turbines at our White Creek and Harvest Wind sites in Roosevelt, Washington.
  • Provide exceptional service to our customers, effectively analyzing and responding to challenging and hazardous situations.
  • The working environment involves working inside the wind turbine enclosure at an elevated height of approximately 300 feet.
  • Extensive training and testing will be provided, covering both safety protocols and technical job requirements.
  • Physical requirements of the job include but are not limited to: climbing ladders (minimum of 267 steps), ascending stairs, standing for extended periods, walking, lifting, bending, twisting, working above shoulder height, pushing, pulling, and exposure to vibration, chemicals, confined spaces, and extreme weather conditions.
  • Capable of efficiently taking on additional roles and responsibilities at an operating wind farm.

What You Bring 

  • Knowledge in electrical, Hydraulic and mechanical systems.
  • Proven ability to work safely and effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan daily and weekly work while maintaining a high level of quality orientation; adept at analyzing and resolving problems with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficient computer skills, including competency in Microsoft platforms such as Outlook and Excel.
  • Must hold a valid Driver’s License. Must be legally able to work in the United States.
  • You will become part of a team that sets the standard in the wind industry for safety and quality that prides itself on growth and innovation
