How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead planning and execution of outages, upgrades, and maintenance activities, ensuring strong coordination across engineering, field service, and internal technical teams
- Apply technical expertise to identify and implement solutions that improve plant reliability, efficiency, and operational performance
- Drive organization and structure across multiple projects, ensuring clear schedules, resource alignment, and on-time delivery
- Support implementation of plant flexibility and modernization initiatives, including hardware and digital solutions that enhance performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure quality execution of all project deliverables
- Track and manage project progress, including key performance indicators, timelines, and cost awareness, to ensure successful outcomes
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent years of related technical field, with 5+ years of project management experience in power generation, energy, or heavy industrial sectors
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and apply engineering concepts to real-world plant operations and project execution.
- Proven project management experience with a focus on planning, organization, and coordination of complex technical projects
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and efficient manner.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice versa.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
