About the Role
- Setup and define project scope, staffing, and lead project teams.
- Organize and coordinate workstreams, ensuring project deliverables, budgets, and timelines are met.
- Advise and support the Procurement Leadership Team and Business Partners on process, data, or people-related challenges and opportunities.
- Use appropriate tools and frameworks to create value and develop customized procurement solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop strategies for continuous improvement of the procurement function and its performance.
- Propose and promote new projects/initiatives that drive procurement growth and maturity.
- Drive strategic initiatives and transformation programs, supporting or executing respective project roles.
- Evaluate the strategic impact and progress of programs, working closely with top management.
- Maintain stakeholder engagement and manage communication internally and externally.
- Align with relevant interfaces for key decisions and ensure proper project evaluation and handover to daily operations.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or consultancy services, with an understanding of different methodologies and agile processes.
- Experience in international projects and openness to diverse cultures; preferably in a corporate environment with SCM experience.
- A degree in Business IT, Software Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Leadership, people management, and coaching/mentoring skills.
- Stakeholder & customer relationship management skills, with a customer-centric and value-selling approach.
- Systematic and creative thinking, logical reasoning, and adaptability.
- Problem-solving, decision-making skills, and the ability to develop concepts and analyze business requirements.
- Strong communication skills in English (advanced level)
