A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as a Sales Quality Manager in Projects, where your emotional intelligence will shine as you build strong connections with both customers and team members. You will play a pivotal role in representing the quality function during the sales phase, ensuring that quality criteria are effectively negotiated within contract documentation. Your day will involve reviewing contract documentation for quality aspects, negotiating quality activity budgets with customers and the Sales team, and conducting quality risk analyses. You will also participate in customer contract negotiation meetings and prepare draft quality plans, aligning expectations and requirements with our clients.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Review contract documentation to ensure all quality aspects are thoroughly addressed.
  • Negotiate quality activity budgets with customers and collaborate closely with the sales team.
  • Conduct quality risk analyses to identify and mitigate potential issues proactively.
  • Join customer contract negotiation meetings to advocate for quality standards.
  • Prepare draft quality planning documents and align quality expectations with customers.

What You Bring

  • You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and fluent English, both verbally and in writing, serving as an ambassador for quality within the sales organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational quality management and ideally in project execution and sales, showcasing your leadership qualities.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management systems such as ISO9001, 10005, and 10006 is essential.
  • You thrive in multicultural project teams and navigate complex, cross-functional organizations with empathy, assertiveness, and respect.
  • Structured and organized approach, with a preventive mindset to address risks before they arise.
  • Knowledge of offshore project execution quality topics is beneficial.
  • You need to be flexible to travel occasionally, but not on a regular basis.
  • Advanced knowledge of APQP, preferably with APQ4Wind experience, is a plus.
