A Snapshot of Your Day
Throughout the 14-month Sales & Marketing Development Program, you will experience four different rotations within Siemens Energy’s sales & marketing organizations. You will learn about the generation, transportation, applications & storage of electricity, as well as the various industrial processes we provide solutions for. Siemens Energy will provide you with hands-on coaching and more than seven weeks of training, enabling you to develop technical and commercial competencies in the sales & marketing fields, while establishing a comprehensive business network across our company, from professional to executive.
You may start with Siemens Energy thinking you have an average understanding of the energy industry but will quickly discover a complexity that propels you on a lifelong investment into one of the most fascinating global industries. If you are a curious learner, enjoy solving problems, and want to ignite change that affects the lives of millions, you have found a company that will keep you engaged for a lifetime!

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop a deep understanding of the power and energy industry and the types of challenges our customers face.
- Bring an open, inclusive, and excited mindset while you experience four different rotations within sales and marketing to learn about different job functions within the energy industry.
- Complete on-the-job training and attend formalized business and technical workshops to fine-tune your technical and commercial proficiencies in the marketing and sales fields.
- Attend events and networking meetings to allow you to form a large network within our company and its subsidiaries.
- Upon the 14-month program graduation, become a vital part of one of the Technical Sales, Field Sales, or Marketing Organizations.
What You Bring
- Proactive, driven, and caring individuals who want to become part of our development program in the business development / sales / marketing area of the energy business.
- By June 2025, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial/System Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Chemical Engineering, Energy Systems, Business, Marketing/Sales or related fields
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
