How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Project Planning and Execution:
   - Be responsible for submission and getting approval of expansion projects.
  - Be responsible for the overall delivery of expansion projects, including setting project goals, scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation plans.
   - Organize and implement the project management system requirements and be in charge of the entire process control of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
   - Monitor and effectively report the project progress and status to the management and clients according to the project plan.
2. Team Management and Coordination:
   - Be responsible for forming the project team, determining the project scope and management objectives, and developing the project charter, project plan, and overall project execution plan.
   - Coordinate project team members to lead the team in working efficiently and ensure that team members are clear about the project objectives.
   - Organize the implementation of the project according to the plan, and follow up on the disposal of project abnormalities and resource coordination throughout the process.
3. Risk Management and Problem Solving:
   - Identify risks that may affect the project progress, cost, and scope, and work with the team to develop response strategies.
   - Solve problems that arise during project execution and handle client needs in a timely manner.
5. Other Responsibilities:
   - Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.


What You Bring

1. Education Background:
   - Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
2. Work Experience:
   - Over 10 years of work experience, with planning/budget/project execution experience.
   - Candidates with experience in people and project management will be given priority.
3. Skills:
   - Proficient in project management tools and techniques, such as Microsoft Project.
   - Familiar with the manufacturing process and technology of transformers, and able to understand the technical requirements of the project.
   - Possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members at different levels and stakeholders.
   - Have good organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
   - Be capable of problem-solving, able to quickly identify issues and propose solutions.
   - Preference will be given to those holding a PMP certificate.

4. Personal Traits:
   - Have a sense of responsibility and be able to take responsibility for the success or failure of the project.
   - Pay attention to details to ensure that every aspect of the project meets the requirements.
   - Have a team spirit and be able to collaborate with team members to promote project progress.
   - Be adaptable to changes and able to flexibly deal with various situations in the project.
   - Have leadership skills to guide the team to achieve project goals.
