How You’ll Make an Impact:
Work as service engineer of onsite installation & commissioning for both domestic and export markets.
•Handle quality issues after transformer delivery, lead cross-functional cause analysis, and compile a comprehensive summary report.
•Deal with customer complaint, improve customer satisfaction, enhance the relationship with customers.
•Write the onsite repair plan, component replacement plan and testing plan when needed for both domestic and export markets.
•Provide necessary technical support and assist field service operators.
•Provide training and consultation to customer
What You Bring:
•Bachelor’s degree and above, major in electric engineering, Automation and Mechanical etc.
•Good verbal and written communication skills in English are necessity.
•Basic knowledge on transformer manufacturing and repair technologies.
•3-year work experience in a service or engineering function in an international environment.
•International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a plus.
•Having worked in a different country is a plus.
•The experience with root cause analysis is a plus.
