About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
The Regional Market Executive serves as a senior strategic leader aligned to a specific, predefined geography in the United States. This role focuses on building customer relationships, driving regional market strategy execution, and serving as Siemens Energy’s representative across the portfolio. The Regional Market Executive will lead strategic conversations with major customers, support and align with Government Affairs to enhance new and existing relationships with entities and industry stakeholders. This role advocates for Siemens Energy’s interests and lead a small team of individuals ensuring alignment with Business Areas and the Head of Markets & Customers.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing regional team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and consistent execution across business areas.
- Serve as the primary Siemens Energy representative for the full portfolio, leading strategic customer engagements, advising on market/regulatory trends, and managing escalations.
- Monitor regulatory and market developments, collaborate with Government Affairs, and advise leadership on impacts to customer behavior and revenue models.
- Represent Siemens Energy in community, civic, and stakeholder forums while providing on‑the‑ground insights that shape communications, reputation management, and engagement strategies.
- Facilitate regional leadership activities by organizing cross‑business meetings, consolidating account plans, and sharing market intelligence and best practices.
- Support government‑related business efforts by tracking procurement opportunities, flagging policy impacts, and representing the company at industry conferences and strategic external events.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; Master’s preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in energy markets, regulatory engagement, or strategic business development.
- Strong understanding of market structures and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across business units. Must be willing to travel 50%

This role may be based in various locations across the United States. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits, including paid time off and holiday pay. For positions based in the United States, the base salary range is $178,000 to $228,000 annually, and the annual incentive target is 30% of the base salary.
Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.

The Markets & Customers organization is a strategic, customer-facing team that shapes Siemens Energy’s presence across the United States. The team is a regionally aligned network of Regional Market Executives, Key Account Managers, and Business Development Managers—working together to deepen customer relationships, uncover new opportunities, and bring market intelligence into action.
Our team partners closely with Business Area Sales, Government Affairs, Markets & Strategy, and Communications to ensure Siemens Energy is positioned at the forefront of industry, policy, and market change. We combine customer insight, regulatory awareness, and cross-functional collaboration to influence strategic decisions and execute regional strategies that drive long‑term growth.
