Your day includes coordinating Field Service Engineers, project teams, and stakeholders to plan and execute complex refurbishment projects, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance improvements for customer assets.

You will serve as the primary leader for field execution, aligning resources, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple concurrent upgrade projects. This role is critical to extending asset life, improving reliability, and supporting the energy transition through modernization of existing grid infrastructure.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Leading and managing a team of Field Service Engineers executing refurbishment, retrofit, and upgrade projects on FACTS and HVDC systems
  • Overseeing end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, site activities, and customer coordination
  • Planning, allocating, and mobilizing field resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects
  • Coordinating closely with engineering, factories, and supply chain to ensure technical alignment and on-time delivery
  • Driving execution excellence by tracking safety, schedule, cost, and performance metrics while resolving field and customer escalations
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and contractual commitments while capturing lessons learned to improve quality and reduce non-conformance costs

  • Strong background in HV system installation, commissioning, maintenance, and upgrade execution, across multiple concurrent projects
  • Deep knowledge of safety leadership and compliance, including OSHA, NFPA 70E, and LOTO standards
  • Demonstrated people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to perform in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
