The Project Manager is responsible for delivering the end-to-end execution of an SAP S/4HANA conversion project, specifically passionate about transitioning from the legacy SAP ECC system to the modern S/4HANA platform. Your role includes ensuring the successful implementation of S4E Template processes within the target organization. You collaborate with the Business Rollout manager and assist in coordinating the project’s implementation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Deliver End-to-End Execution: Coordinate the complete execution of the SAP S/4HANA conversion project, transitioning from the legacy SAP ECC system to the S/4HANA platform.
• Lead Timelines, Resources, Risks, and Partners: Ensure effective management of project timelines, resources, risks, and partner communication.
• Lead Data Migration and Testing: Lead and support the execution of data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and cut-over processes in coordination with the Core Data Team
• Conduct Risk Analysis: Perform risk analysis in collaboration with business stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Coordinate Data Cleansing Activities: Guide and coordinate data cleansing activities to ensure data quality and accuracy during the migration process.
• Support Debut and Hyper Care Phases: Handle and support activities during the debut and hyper care phases, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any issues that arise.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in planning, risk management, scope management
• Experience in SAP roll-out migration transformation, a proven understanding and experience of SAP systems, including both ECC and S/4HAN
• Excels in effective communication, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and adaptability
• Proficiency in data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading processes, along with data quality assurance and validation
• Strong test planning, risk management, communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on ensuring comprehensive testing
• Proficiency in cutover planning, reducing downtime, collaborating with others, and handling risks during system transitions
