A Snapshot of Your Day
A Project Management Team Leader will be responsible for assigning and performing projects for European, National, Central America accounts. Ensures adherence to agreed Project Management guidelines and operation standards on behalf of Project Management Manager.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the Project Management Manager in optimizing workflow, scheduling, and prioritization to balance cost, time, and accuracy.
- Manage team performance through one-on-ones, quarterly check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.
- Work closely with the Project Management team to establish resources, processes, and shown methodologies for enhanced efficiency.
- Lead projects independently, assign tasks, and handle workload distribution among team members.
- Develop and monitor project plans, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and identifying new business opportunities.
What You Bring
- "University Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical, Renewables, Industrial Engineer.
- Professional Experience 6+ years in (Project Management.
- Technical Knowledge (Knowledge of project management, Advanced knowledge in SAP (Module production planning & Project Management), Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project), and Advanced knowledge production planning.
- Advanced English, at a professional working proficiency level.
- Experience in working with global partners and clients, the ability to communicate, concisely, and effectively both verbally and in written communication; maintain composure and respond appropriately in stressful or crises; ability to effectively build consensus within the team and among diverse partners; able to evaluate process performance within an organization and make recommendations for improvement and the most important the ability work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers and internal Stakeholders, Proactive, decision maker, leadership, and resilient)
