How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead initiatives in organizational development to boost cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency in procurement.
  • Take over project-based special tasks in the strategic procurement area.
  • Manage projects from initial concept to full execution, ensuring they align with our strategic business goals.
  • Cultivate a robust network within the company to drive transformation efforts, emphasizing digitalization and process optimization.
  • Offer specialized knowledge in digital tools and methodologies to enhance our strategic procurement practices.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities for digital innovation and process enhancements and set up systems and processes to improve data produced by strategic procurement.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on digitalization and organizational development, ideally in Procurement.
  • Experience in digitalization activities and passion for staying updated with digital trends and innovations in strategic procurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and change management skills with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment!
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
