A Snapshot of Your Day

The Process Tooling Specialist plays a key role in supporting business processes decisions, logistics and scheduling, to support RNA Tooling Controls and Tracking Program integration with S4 HANA. This role will drive communication, cross-collaboration, accountability, and results between subject matter experts managing domestic tooling operations. The role will require up to 10% travel domestically, operating from a hybrid office environment from Orlando, Florida.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Responsible for team interface meetings with the S4 HANA program, and the Tooling Control and Tracking Program (TCTP) team.
  • Coordinate S4E Codesign Show and Tell sessions with business leadership, IT architect, and S4 HANA integration team.
  • Maintain the S4 HANA Interface Work schedule with Program Manager in Germany and IT Project Manager in Orlando, documenting project achievement statuses.
  • Arrange S4 HANA Tooling Test Team to vet the following interfaces, including implementation and maintenance, that are integral to the Tool Control & Tracking Platform:
  • Develop and implement a technical training program for S4 HANA tooling integration to those outside of the process once S4 HANA tooling integration has been released.
  • Define, plan and test user roles for the S4E Unify tooling processes.

What You Bring

  • Experience in Field Service tooling logistics.
  • Understanding of software used to track rental tooling logistics.
  • Excellent written and communications skills.
  • Experience developing and documenting processes.
  • Proficiency in creating SharePoint sites and coordinating templates and presentations with managers and team leaders in PowerPoint, Excel, and various other Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Willing to travel +10% domestic.
  • Willing to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment. Willing to closely collaborate with an international S4E HANA team, some members of which may speak English as their second or third language.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
