A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Field Service Process Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and transitioning to the SAP S4HANA system, with a focus on project time and expenses. This role involves understanding how a time and expenses are collected and how this will be integrated with SAP S4HANA. You will also collaborate with various partners to ensure seamless integration and optimized financial operations processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Implement and manage the project time & expenses process within SAP S4HANA
• Analyze existing business process related to time & expenses. Identify areas of improvement while ensuring alignment with SAP S4Hanna capabilities.
• Develop SAP S4HANA capabilities for integrating time and expenses, including union and non-union labor which may or may not be permanent Siemens Energy employees.
• Produce completed time sheets for customer approval and inclusion as Customer Invoice back-up using SAP S4HANA.
• Apply SAP S4Hanna capability to maintain attachments and download time and expense reports as MS Excel or Acrobat Adobe documents based on customer requirements.
• Stay updated with SAP S4HANA updates and propose enhancements to existing systems and processes to ensure a seamless implementation.
• Implement Change Management strategies to support the roll out of a new ERP system, while making tactical decisions to ensure success.

What You Bring

• BS Degree in Business Admin/Accounting/Finance or 10 years of equivalent experience in the industry.
• PMP Certification a plus
• Proven background in accounting/payroll/billing; experience in customer service.
• Experience with SAP, MySPGI/Project Module, NextGen, and Concur.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office Products.
• Eager to work in a dynamic, ambiguous and high pace environment.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
