As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for managing parts orders within your Region as single point contact, maintaining scope, schedule and budget requirements. Experience and strengthen our empowerment, collaboration and ownership culture.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage customer order activity throughout the order fulfillment cycle, including receiving and monitoring orders from internal and external customers.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, or delays, and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to analyze and resolve non-standard problems using company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments and management levels to address customer issues, serving as both an individual contributor and a facilitator for multi-disciplinary teams.
- Act as an escalation point for order-related issues, demonstrating problem-solving expertise and contributing innovative solutions to enhance existing processes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and some relevant years of experience in a customer service-based business.
- Travel 10% as needed internationally.
- Experience with a MRP system - SAP System experience preferred Strong verbal/written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft based applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong work ethic with minimal oversight, accountable for results in an assigned region.
- A structured and methodical approach to work must be able to manage multiple moving dates/targets.
- Experience in the Energy/Turbine Industry beneficial but not required. Fluency in Spanish and English.
