A Snapshot of Your Day:

The Global Head of Parts Excellence, is a visionary leader ready to make an impact and drive a culture of continuous improvement in our global spare parts' business! The position requires understanding and tackling the main issues affecting our spare parts operations, from quoting to execution and on- time delivery. The successful candidate will lead an international team of professionals, think strategically and operate in a dynamic environment with a hands-on approach to analyze complex data sets, define and monitor performance metrics! Success hinges on collaboration, active stakeholder management, and a steadfast drive for service excellence and customer satisfaction!

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Lead, encourage and collaborate with executing units and service regions to identify and prioritize operational issues and growth opportunities
  • Foster transparency throughout the entire parts value chain by establishing measurable indicators to identify and resolve issues.
  • Dive deep into the way our manufacturing facilities and service centers operate and drive improvement projects bringing local functions together, and challenging the status quo and existing processes
  • Use advanced data analytics and ignite the potential of artificial intelligence to identify improvement and growth opportunities, setting a standard for business excellence.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete and implement projects throughout the organization generating a sustainable impact.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable environment is required; Candidates with more experience may be eligible for a more senior level role.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a team leader, with a proven track record of motivating and focusing teams towards continuous improvement is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships is required.
  • Strong analytical skills to process complex sets of data.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing

electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. This job may be based in Olean or Painted Post, New York. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay. The base salary range for this position in Olean and Painted Post, New York is $75,000 - $125,000 and the annual incentive target is 10%of base salary.

Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
