Siemens Energy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented LMS Administrator to manage and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) using the CornerstoneSBX platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the creation and management of courses, classes, and competencies, as well as providing exceptional customer support to ensure a seamless learning experience for all users.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Manage and maintain the CornerstoneSBX LMS platform, ensuring its smooth operation and accessibility.
• Configure and customize the LMS to meet organizational needs and user requirements.
• Map courses and learning activities to competencies to support employee development.
• Provide first-line support to LMS users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as an LMS Administrator, preferably with the CornerstoneSBX platform.
• Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in LMS configuration and troubleshooting.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Must be fluent in the English Language
• Experience with competency management and mapping, knowledge of SCORM, AICC, and xAPI standards is preferred
