About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as the Head of Order Execution, where you will lead the Supply Chain Management for Blades and Vanes castings at our Tampa, FL facility. Imagine starting your day with an energizing team huddle to prioritize tasks and address urgent issues. You will dive into procurement reports, collaborate with the planning and scheduling team, and conduct a thorough warehouse walkthrough. Your leadership will shine during the Gemba walk, supporting operations to meet daily delivery targets. As the day unfolds, you will engage in strategic discussions with senior management, aligning long-term goals while remaining available for any pressing matters that arise.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Oversee all aspects of supply chain management for investment castings, ensuring seamless procurement, planning, materials handling, and shipping operations.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for timely and cost-efficient material acquisition.
- Monitor supplier performance to uphold quality and delivery standards, ensuring compliance.
- Lead the development and execution of production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization.
- Adjust plans proactively to accommodate changes in demand or supply chain disruptions, ensuring operational resilience.
- Manage inventory efficiently, overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
- Implement warehouse management systems to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and empower a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and hourly staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all operations.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Prepare and present insightful reports on supply chain performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 or more years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; investment casting. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a higher level or vice versa.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Ability to analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle complex operations efficiently.
- Knowledge of production planning, scheduling techniques, demand forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Proficient team management skills to guide and motivate diverse teams.
- A strategic and systems thinker who proactively anticipates business risks and drives execution.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- This position may require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position.

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
