Join us in a pivotal role where you will consult with and influence senior leaders (f/m/d), translating business requirements into effective people practices. You will harness the full value chain of HR to craft relevant solutions that meet the evolving needs of our Electrification, Automation, and Digitalization (EAD) business. Imagine orchestrating and facilitating transformative changes to leadership and organizational culture, while shaping the design and structure of our teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as a trusted partner, taking responsibility for global HR topics within the EAD business.
- Understand business priorities and derive strategic directions, ensuring their implementation in collaboration with regional HR teams and centers of excellence.
- Manage HR projects, programs, and initiatives for EAD and the Transformation of Industry, including compensation and benefits, performance management, and talent development programs.
- Ensure effective communication of the Siemens Energy HR agenda to leaders and team members within the unit.
- Conduct workshops to implement strategic HR initiatives and co-create people solutions that align with business goals and drive the development of our organization by leading HR-relevant aspects of strategic projects and supporting organizational development.
- Engage in continuous exchange with the HR team and global HR business partners from other areas to share best practices.
What You Bring
- A Master’s degree in business administration, economics, Human Resources, or organizational psychology.
- Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in a demanding, international HR environment.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic HR concepts and leading innovative change efforts.
- Strong understanding of IT tools and platforms to enhance automation and apply effective solutions.
- Exceptional experience in managing complex international and interdisciplinary projects.
- Excellent English language skills: proficiency in German is a plus.
