About the Role
- Country: PORTUGAL
- Design and operate a structured PMO “drumbeat” with clear milestones, dependencies, and decision gates; facilitate SteerCo meetings and ensure timely escalation of critical issues
- Own end-to-end program planning, scheduling, and scope management; implement formal change control processes aligned with strategic objectives
- Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs for proactive mitigation; track budgets, costs, and resource allocation across workstreams
- Prepare concise, decision-ready reports and dashboards for EBM/ELT; harmonize KPIs for consistent reporting across functions and business areas
- Act as a trusted advisor to workstream leads and functional heads; drive alignment and collaboration across global teams
- Develop and maintain PMO templates, playbooks, and best practices; manage knowledge repositories (SharePoint/COIN) for accessibility of program artifacts
- 8+ years in PMO or program management for large-scale transformation programs, ideally in an industrial or energy context
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, planning methodologies, and risk management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI and collaboration tools
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Structured, resilient, and able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
