Field service department supplies personnel for new erection, warranty and after sales service.

Currently, our coverage area is Asia Pacific, including Japan, India, South Korea, Australia, and Southeast Asia. With the different countries and characters of our customers, we need a good candidate who can work in different situations and pressure. Candidates should work independently or work in teams. It will be advantageous if you are familiar with or have experience with Siemens Energy products.

How You’ll Make an Impact

-        Perform and/or supervise installation, overhaul, and servicing on Siemens Energy Gas Turbine. Familiar with blading, combustion chamber maintenance, combustion chamber tiling, burner maintenance, and combustion system activities.

-        Assess individual components of the equipment in hand for defects or malfunctioning and provide a suitable information and recommendations to the relevant personnel on site.

-        Perform documentation of disassembly and re-assembly test results within check/test sheets and ensure timely and documentation in relevant protocols, data sheets, and field reports according to standards and requirements.

-        Perform commissioning of turbines during COLD and HOT commissioning phases, starting from single component to the full system (Turbine and auxiliaries) according to specifications and engineering documents, including functional tests and logic interlocks verification and reports.

-        Performs day to day activities as part of a team or as stand-alone function and other duties as assigned.

-        Ensure works carried out by personnel on site are in accordance with the required HSE standards and the safety and health of subcontractors and peers are looked after.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years proven independent working experience in Gas/ST turbine maintenance with focus on blading combustion system and component maintenance.
• Profound skills and experience in general mechanical maintenance activities of power generation equipment or in the Oil & Gas industry and willingness to continuously work hands-on under time pressure and in difficult conditions.
• Experience with servicing, overhauling and calibration of Siemens Energy or Equivalent Gas/ST Turbine specific gas/ liquid fuels stop valves, control valves, actuators and related auxiliary utilizing Siemens Energy specialized equipment is an advantage. Other/ additional Siemens Energy or Equivalent Gas/ST Turbine related mechanical maintenance competence will provide additional advantages.
• Able to read, understand and independently work to drawings, specifications and unit conversions in accordance to international codes and standards
• Good English language skills both verbally and written is a minimum requirement, having more language skills is a plus.
• Good level of digital literacy, confident user of relevant IT-applications.
• Pro-active, problem solving and ready to work attitude, readiness to take additional tasks to improve the statuesque if needed,
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work either independently or with multinational groups of personnel, in shift rotation with flexible hours.
• Good understanding of HSE and Quality requirements and standards in the related field of work.
• Willing to work and travel independently and extensively to new work locations.
• Ability and willingness to work over holidays, weekends as required by the forced events & emergency jobs
• Bangladeshi Nationalist.

The team consists of diverse and highly motivated individuals who are well trained and specialized in their own field. The team is flexible and highly adaptable individuals who enjoy working with different personnel and experience diverse culture. The team promotes openness in communication, willingness to guide and assist with good service-oriented approach.
