A Snapshot of Your Day 

Start the day by processing and auditing payroll to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time. Review and generate daily expense reports to keep payments to mechanics current. Run and update compliance tasks, including coordinating drug and background screenings, while supervising employee safety training.

Set up project crews according to specifications, organizing travel and accommodations for upcoming assignments. Lead virtual or in-person kick-off meetings to ensure crews are fully prepared. Throughout the day, juggle various administrative projects, remain on-call for urgent issues, and collaborate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Process and audit payroll daily to ensure accurate and timely payment for all employees.
  • Generate and review daily expense reports to maintain timely payments to mechanics.
  • Coordinate compliance activities including drug and background screenings, and track employee safety training.
  • Set up project crews based on specifications and organize travel logistics such as hotel, rental vehicles, and airfare.
  • Lead virtual or in-person project kick-off meetings and provide ongoing administrative support while remaining on-call for urgent needs.

What You Bring 

  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience general admin support
  • 1 year oil and gas
  • Willing to travel 20%
  • Exposure to SAP
  • Maintain active drivers licence
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
